Due to the fact your turbo bearings failed, and now you have a P0011 code, I'd wonder if your oil is clean, filter fresh and oil pressure good. Poor flow to the hydraulic actuator for the cams could cause rough idle and this P code. That could have killed the previous turbo. Was it flushed / new...
Not sure, if some are not connected you may just throw error codes when the ignition goes on. I'd make sure all 4 are hooked up including the one you want to recode
No I hear ya. You can get a wee torque wrench in the low range from Screwfix, under £20 I think, goes down to 5nm.

Why not check if the current numbers match now. If they don't, you may get away with just recoding one and either way at least you'll know the codings are accessible.
