Don't remove as it's a fail & possibly fine, vcds or the like to check soot levels & either force regen diagnostically or drive on an mway or dual for 30 mins or hour at a constant rev speed.

Tbh adding those upgrades unless doing stage 2 upwards is a waste as it doesn't do much past a stage 1 map, if you want to keep them remap to stage 2 upwards or return back to stock on a generic stage 1 map.
