Local windshield suppliers could't tell me the difference in colour. tint etc between Pilkington and Guardian. And they don't have it in services right away so I can decide when I see them, first I must order one than see it...

Generally what OEM glass is better Guardian or Pilkington? And is there any difference between them since the price for the same windshield is identical.

I've taken a look to windows today and just rear windshield (Pilkington) has TINTED sign on it, while all others including front windshield don't. Beside that windows are from different manufacturers they all have colour something between green and clear.

And what about windshield tint darkness percentage and colour? Is there difference beetween factory windshield Guardian, Pilkington, Saint Gobain glasses in view of tint colour and darkness. As I said mine Guardian windshield is just on the top of it mildly tinted.
