Guys the garage is 4 hours away unfortunately, I’ve taken it to a local mechanic who is going to take a look, he mentioned it may be a pulley tensioner/belt related. Is this generally a straight forward job for the average mechanic?

My 2009 Audi A3 8p 2.0tfsi I purchased 4 days ago has started making this noise shown in the video below. I have no clue what it is and the Audi specialist garages near me are full until September and the car only has a 14 day return window so I’m worried it could be a serious problem/costly...
