Any experience claiming for suspension/ steering noise type stuff? On 92k 2015 Q5 and have paid for the Audi warranty since we acquired it in 2018 (no claims) - Just wondering if that kind of stuff is considered wear and tear? Dry/ worn bushes etc or worn shocks? York Audi are a nightmare to...

Seems after I checked that model - only has one part number for the bumper and the headlight washer system comes up as not available for that VIN. Strange, yes but just how this one seems to be.

Ours is occasionally popped out in a similar fashion... due to an "incident" with Mrs W.

If you want to PM your VIN I can also check against the database for parts that come up against your car.

If the tailgate is anything like my A6 then one press of the tailgate button on the fob should close it. Sounds to me like the switch has just failed or got moisture in there.

100% Two versions of the bumper - one with and one without cutouts - so yours should be working. First spray should always activate them. Do they definitely not open (and then maybe not manage to spray)?

Definitely check for errors but could have been coded that way for some odd reason so I guess the question really is did it used to work and has now gone wrong or is this a newly bought car? VCDS or equivalent needed wither way. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Blast from the past I know... but... my 2015 q5 said it had the same towbar prep and Audi swore blind I was just being stupid at not being able to find the plug. Eventually they decided it was a misbuild but wouldn’t do anything about it. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
