    Your ideal 3 car garage.

They were quite funny little bikes. As with Lambrettas and Vespas, they are a part of our motorcycle heritage.

    Your ideal 3 car garage.

I just like quirky cars... and love cheese. Always remember a school friend's brother had one, along with an ex-Police 'Noddy' motorbike (remember them?). Hideously impractical but...

Some really good choices. Ahh... the old Lottery ploy. If only, eh?

    Audi Alloy wheel database

Could someone explain how a Audi wheel refurb company is any different to other wheel refurb business? Surely a wheel is a wheel is a wheel... The local company I use has BMWs, Audis, Volvos etc etc...

    What would you choose?

Had a feeling you'd plump for the RS. Congrats.

    What would you choose?

This is such a subjective question. It'll boil down to the affordability of the RS and whether you prefer MPH over MPG. Personally, the decision would be made by feel... smiles per mile. It's a tricky balancing act.

    Has anyone asked: "Why Audi?"

I've booked a test drive of a new Audi A4 2.0 S-Line saloon middle of next week. As I've been out of the Audi loop for a long time is there anything I should take note of or know about?

Edd China back on tv soon!

This: As I previously said, we don't really know what happened behind the scenes, but does Edd deserve this?

    Has anyone asked: "Why Audi?"

Today I saw a A4 Audi that had been pimped up. Not sure of the year but it looked like a early to mid 2000s. The 'thing' (sorry for using such derogatory term) but it was slammed to the deck, and engine had some sort of bespoke exhaust.... why do people do this? I am of the camp who preaches...

    Tutti fruity screen wash.

The ma-in-law buys all these different fragrances. By contrast, I just purchase the boring stuff.

Audi a4 engine fan turns on AFTER car is off..

Just had a thought. Try and isolate the battery once you've switched the engine off - bonnet open to expel the residual heat for about 5 mins - and reconnect the battery. If the fan starts working again without turning the ignition, it is most likely the sensors and/or the thermostat.

Audi a4 engine fan turns on AFTER car is off..

This could be a faulty thermostat. On modern cars if any of the sensors detect anything out of the norm, like an engine has reached a certain temperature, it will spring to life. The thermostat would be the first place to check, just to make sure it's functioning as it should, along with the...

Edd China back on tv soon!

Glad to see him back doing what he does best. We don't know what happened behind the scenes of WDs but Brewers recent comments was uncalled for and totally out of order IMHO.

    Has anyone asked: "Why Audi?"

As we both have gone way off-topic, I'll start a dedicated Alfa thread.

    Has anyone asked: "Why Audi?"

Given that they are built in Turin and Piedmont, NW Italy I would suggest the climate isn't too disimilar to the UK

What do you call a "proper engine?"

    Has anyone asked: "Why Audi?"

They are old wives tales. Yes, Alfa used to be rust buckets due to inferior steel imported from the far east. But from the early 90s onwards (155 model) they have rectified most of those issues. They are no better or worse than any other marque. Engines have always been pretty bullet-proof, with...

Never realised Audi were that unreliable. :thumbs up:

    Has anyone asked: "Why Audi?"

TBH though, I think all dealerships tend to be a little detached. The first thing they think of when you walk through their door is not 'how can I help this potential customer', more like, "how much money can I suck from this gullible individual". When I visited my local Alfa franchise, the...

    Has anyone asked: "Why Audi?"

Nice one chaps. Yeah, I can associate with a lot of what you guys are saying. BMWs have never really appealed to me. Their interior & dash are very staid on the 3 and 5 series, and although well screwed together, they just don't turn me on. Agree that some BMW drivers are impatient. The only...
