My mountain bike only has a single chainring upfront, and it's a pain on roads as I just spin out too easily. But, for hurtling down a hill it's great. Oh, and I have the exact same chainset on my bike, it's done me well!

EDIT, i'm an idiot. I read chainring as cassette! The length is the length of the arms, I think 175mm is standard if i remember correctly. You're lanky, go for 175mm ;) As for the chainrings, can't you just get a smaller cassette on the rear of the road bike wheels?

Me? :whistle2: Personally, i'd recommend you wait a week and move on. It's not enough hassle to fight it. The mods will get more satisfaction out of you fighting it than ignoring it.

Unlucky! I need to download an app for my phone to practice some 1/4 runs, I have no idea what rough time i'd get in mine. There's not many cars I could have beaten, and I imagine i'd have stalled it too knowing me :)
