The fuse box is in the glove box is correct! as far as I am aware honeycomb panel does not come off but don't quote me on that my knowledge is mainly based around the 8L.s so best to ask more in this section sorry I cannot be of any further assistance.

Presumably you have checked the fuse? Then you then should check the connection to the motor just behind the panel where the rear wiper is located for any water ingress as they do tend to leak fluid failing that I would then check the wiper motor itself to start with. Sent from my SM-G975F...
