Ok.... thanks, there's nothing near by that looks like it should be connected to it so I was kind of thinking it looked normal.... I note it's a Spanish part so maybe a cheap replacement for one that failed before... I'll prob swap it out for a new one and see what happens

I would say reps are fine... i have some LM's on my A4 but what i would say is be prepared to take extra precautions with them ... make sure you keep them well sealed if the have polished rims... i would also tend to stay away from fitting really low profile tyres onto reps as they have less...

It does state on the site that records only go back to the start of the computerised MOT's i have a couple of the old style MOT certificates in my history folder that didn't show up on the VOSA site..... i think it goes back to around 2005/2006 something like that

did you try turning the leds round in the socket ?? they only work one way round due to polarity and it's very rare for them to fail..
