I have two very cool items for sale, both straight out of my now sold 2012 S3.
The first is a Viseeo Tune2Air WMA3000a which enables bluetooth music streaming for your AMI (you need the connection in the glovebox). RRP about £100...
I’m selling my New South Boost gauge, which is brand new and never fitted. Complete with boost pipe. I also have the OSIR TT MK2 plastic fitting ring that needs to be modified to fit and 8P S3. Also included are a couple of plastic rings that would allow fitting directly into an air vent. All in...
Not sure if anyone is interested however I have just had a CAI fitted and a de-cat so the original bits are up for sale for anyone wanting to put theirs back to standard. Completely open to sensible offers and I'm based in Leicestershire for collection but could easily meet somewhere.
2012 S3...
i have a 2012 S3 8P with an R-tech stage 1 map. I'm about to go Stage 2+ and I had settled on the VWR kit however I've just read in an earlier post they can be restrictive...the car is strong (321bhp and 340ftlb on stage 1) so should see high figures....I don't want to hold it back with a poor...
NME,
My flywheel was totalled, which was started by the clutch slipping ever so slightly. They then have a knock on effect which meant that they both had to be replaced.
So at 40k the car went back to Audi due to intermittent slipping. They had the car for 12 days and eventually conceeded...
Tough one this. I went through a similar dilemma with my S3 at about the same mileage as you too. Mine was slipping though and was completely standard. It was a flywheel problem not a clutch though.
You really need them to diagnose the problem without having to drop the gearbox because with...
I was at Awesome yesterday getting my APR switched to Revo under their Amnesty. Basically they will swap any APR map purchased from awesome (need invoice) to Revo FOC. I am very pro Awesome and have always dealt with them over any other, despite living miles away from the workshop. Jim is a...
I have the audi ipod kit in the glove box and this does all of the above. I also have the bluetooth phone prep as oppose to the cradle.
Not sure if there are any alternatives.

Morning everyone and Happy New Year!!
I'm due for a service in a couple of weeks and my warranty runs out on the S3 in March so I figured this would be a good time to get some ideas around what should get fixed under warranty.
I am pretty sure that the sagging diffuser at the rear is a...
Yeh I have pretty much checked everything. Trawled the forum for suggestions on what it could be....
I am thinking that whilst fitting the discs some dirt/rust has got behind one of them and is making it appear warped, I wire brushed the hubs and everything too...
Grrr, might see what a...
Guys,
I am at a loss.
I have recently changed my front discs and pads on my S3 and also rotated the wheels from front to back.
After this though I had a shaking through the front wheels, just like I had lost a balancing weight. To see if that was indeed the problem I then proceeded to...
Just make sure you go out with the technician and get him to replicate the problem. Audii had mine for 10 days before they got sign off for the repair.
I'm not remapped though. Does your's do it when the map isn't on the car? That is going to be the sticking point unless you have a very dumb...
I had my Flywheel and Clutch replaced @ over 40k miles. I too have a S3 on an 07.
Shouldn't be an issue, it could after all be the failure of the flywheel that is causing the clutch to slip.
What do you have to lose?
Olly
I have a HTC Touch HD running Windoze mobile. I have precisely the same problem using the latest Audi bluetooth kit (fitted 1 month ago).
It may be the bluetooth kit then.
Hi there,
I had Rossos on my S3. I found them to be pretty good all round but once they started to get down to about 3mm they were awful.
I have always been a fan of Eagle F1s and have had several cars with the GDS3 variant. I now have the Asymmetric version and I'm 8000 miles in with...
