Or look on ebay for a 2nd hand s4 system like i did, its fits perfect. Then just buy the s4 valance from audi, its about £34

i recently had a very similar problem with a 3.0 tdi at work, apart from the fact that soon as the car got warm it would go into limp with no warning lights. they have some vacume operated flaps in the inlet manifold, just make sure they arnt sticking open, when the car starts the flaps are...

as i see it the a4 2.0t special edition have the 321mm discs b7 s4 have 345mm like the 3.0 tdi cars.

when the car goes into limp mode does it come back withy the same fault code over and over??? has the car ever been in limp mode whilst driving???? is it an auto???

Just push it through where it sits and leave it. No funny smells will accur.

i fitted genuine s4 system to my tdi 170

then yeh, its the first thing that goes with oil pump failure.

if the gas pressure has dropped low and the car knows its dropped, then just by putting new gas in ( re-gas) doesnt make it blow cold. you need to tell the car its not working on low pressure now with a lap top and once you do that the car will blow cold air. bmw are a classic case for this...
