I think it was one of the most boring episodes ever...
 
I posted this whilst watching but yeah agree it was very dull.

Would love ago round the track in that Atom though lol

Plus if I was destroying a house I would of started off by driving straight into it!
 
One good thing that came from it was;

'I am very aware of the environment, but I'm not interested'

those houses knocked down are just 10 minutes up the road from where i live... the crap part of gravesend! and what a ****hole that place is!
agreed though it was a crap episode!
 
The episode in The Sun tv guide magazine had a different episode billed.
Simon Cowell was supposed to be the guest and Hammond was to meet a rally team made up of amputee military people. Still mentioned the Lotus though. Weird.
 
i dont enjoy it as much as i use to, its so staged. the one episode they did a while back where they laucnhed their cars from dover harbour in a an attempt to get to france really showed this. that location is just ten mins from me and when it was showing them on the motorway they were just driving back and forth along the same 3 mile stretch continuously
 
Well boring, even the star in a reasonably priced car was a boring old fart that used to be something 25 years ago.
 
QUESTION:

Why has top gear not done an on screen review of the RS3? so many audi's get blanked by top gear, S5, TT-RS, RS5(included in the m3 compeition peice) etc....

Because let's face it, Audi's are not the most exciting to look at or noisy cars on the market.

Top Gear is just a platform for Clarkson et al to d1ck around with exotica and break stuff.
 
I would like to see more affordable cars mixed in with the fast luxury and supercars.

Would be nice if they just spent 20 minutes on family cars, or hatchbacks that you and I could afford.

I just watched the first few minutes on bbci player, guessing your right Dave, dont think its going to hold my attention.
 
I disagree with most of you, I quite liked it, I though it was above average for topgear. Loved watching them playing with the lotus and the tanks!

I will watch the rest as in general I enjoy the programme.
 
I want them to do another race for the whole show.
 
didnt find much wrong with it to be honest...the humour was still there, yes it had less cars but it was still entertainment.

Those amputees are an example for all. Hope they make it into the Dakar. Good show tonight. Much enjoyment.

Amputees were very impressive. Very impressive leg too...was a c-leg worth a good few grand itself!!
 
Haven't been impressed with this series. For the first time i don't have that feeling that i'm going to miss it not being on.
