anyone put some spacers on there Rotor's? I have lower the car via eibach sportlines and i think some spacer will finish it off. can anyone recommend the best size to go for ? i was thinking around the 15mm mark, the way round.

pics would be good if anyone has them (even if you have a different wheel type) :photo:

where's N8 when you need him (still honeymooning i bet)

tbh i don't know . will come back in a minute whist i google

I would have googled it myself, but I get the feeling there's more than one variant of the wheel so wanted to know which ones you were on about.

i think they are ET54 18x7.5 but i maybe wrong. what size spacers do you think?

10mm on the front, 12mm on the back will see you right. Have a squint through the Stance thread and you'll see quite a few guys with the same set-up.

thanks lad  will have a look to where the best prices are at.

I have 15 mm all round on std s3 rims, fronts look good but the rears need more IMHO

Is just a bit too dark now but I can tomorrow

Might not be handy but depending on offsets and size ill show you mine below.

Standard ET54 (Im sure the 18 rotors are the same)
18x7.5J (Rotors are the same im assuming aswell)

Lowered on Eibach Sportlines 50-40mm
FK Rear Spacers - 13mm
Front Spacers - 10mm

Tyre Size was 225/40/18 with the 13mm rears i had alot of rubbing on dips and with a passenger in the back

I then changed to 215/40/18 and removed the arch screw and so far i have been fine, i had 3 passengers in the back the other day and going fast over speedbumps i did get rubbing.

Below is not a great pic showing the stance but thats the look with 215s on. I think for daily driving it looks really good but if you want it to look a bit special you would need 19 rotors to help make them look that little bit bigger

Rotors? Have we all moved to friggin America all of a sudden?

1. There's nothing wrong with saying 'rotors' instead of 'discs', and this is an international forum/site/community.

2. He's talking about the style of wheel known as 'rotors' (due to their similarity to helicopter blades). They can be seen on pretty much any special edition Audi made in the last year, particularly Black Editions (5-arm, satin finish, polished 'notch' at the rim).

Thanks for the pics lad. yep 15mm all round looks spot on

The rears are a little more tucked than the fronts. I might try some bigger one's on the back, try and get the wheel level with the edge of the arch
