New A5 Owner

Well not quite yet......

Deposit paid on a new A5 Sportback 2.0 TFSI Quattro Black Edition Plus in Sepang Blue around the 1st week in August and now the long long wait until November/early December is taking its toll.......................

I opted for the manual box as the missus cant drive anything other than an auto . If you saw what she done to my last car you'd understand. No, not a major crunch, just a war of attrition slowly wearing it down mechanically and cosmetically to the point that it holds no resale value.............not again

Just had an email from the dealer, car is built and as of today is on its way to the UK. Cant track it in the "your audi" online build tracker for some reason, just keep getting an error message. Order number is correct but the tracker thing is in beta.........
Around 4 weeks from now I am told

Got it on the 22nd of October, been too busy enjoying it to post on the forum...
Thoughts : Wow ! Defo a driver's car - loves to be pushed in the corners, really loves it. The more welly the better the cornering - very impressed.
Power - tons of oomph and torque and this is only the 230bhp A5 ! Interior is quality , sound system prefers Grunge

Absolutely love this car, done 1300 mile so far largely down to not so distant commute (30 mile roundtrip) , fuel economy not so good (averaging 28mpg) but that's probably due to enjoying this delicious power a little too much

Right headlight seems to be slightly loose somehow as the light noticeably bounces on a bumpy road where the left headlight doesn't so will book it in.
