... to all contributors to this forum for all their helpful comments and viewpoints. I spent most of September on here gleaning so much help when working out the spec for my new A3 Sportback. Yes, it's all about opinions but it's incredibly reassuring to get the full range of views as you do on here. The FAQ collections were just brilliant. Easily the best and friendliest forum I've seen. Love the genuine interest in others' cars and the decisions that go into them and have spent loads of time on here ever since ordering.

Order placed on 4th October following excellent experience with carwow and a great discount, BW46 (managed to jump on a pre-existing order) and collecting from Basingstoke Audi (who have been absolutely outstanding) this coming Monday, 7th December.

As you can see from my username, this is pretty special. I'm a semi-retired teacher and have decided to put some lump sum towards a car I've always wanted. Here goes...

A3 Sportback 1.4TFSI S-Line Navigation, Daytona Grey, SE suspension, Alcantara leather, Pano roof, Comfort pack, Interior lighting pack, Parking system plus, Folding & heated door mirrors, Heated seats, Hold assist.

Currently taking great interest in the collection day threads!!

Can't wait. Beyond excited.
