New mechatronic sir? Thank God for warranty

last week they replaced the ventilation cover £930
This week the mechatronic needs replacing.
Waiting on cost

Thank God it has Audi extended warranty.

Excess is £250 but I’m quids in so far

After this it should be bullet proof?!? Otherwise I will sell it on

Spoke to soooooooon maybe

Garage called to say warranty rejected as no proof of gearbox oil change on their computers!?!

I sent them a black and white receipt from Audi Crawley stating gear box oil change at 36,800 miles.

I await a response.

Surely they are just trying it on to see if a receipt was available otherwise they don’t have to pay out.

That’s another circa £2k saved. I’ve only had the car 4 weeks!?!???!!!!!!!

I feel like selling it but am thinking it’s now probably a good car to keep hold off what with new gearbox and new ventilation cover.

Might keep and also keep paying the rolling monthly extended warranty
