Retro fitting sports exhaust

Hi,
Looking at buying a sports exhaust for my rs3. Is it possible to retrofit? My car is a opf 2019 model.

As long as it’s an OPF sports exhaust I can’t see why not.

Ok I’ll have to check. I’ve had some pictures sent but I’m still trying to decipher how to check if it is a sports exhaust and not just a standard one!

Is there any visual differences? I understand the tips are black but is there anything else?

On the 2017 models if it’s black tips then it’s a sports exhaust.

How much are the sports exhausts from an opf car worth? I have mine stored but if there is a market for it I will sell it

I’ve got not experience on the FL but changed in my PFL. Did it on the driveway with jacks and took just over an hour. Left car locked up so not to wake the car up and throw errors when unplugging the valves. Don’t know if that was necessary but I have no issues.

Should probably fetch a grand. Although I noticed the other week some very cheaply priced RS3 sports exhausts on eBay... surely stolen.

Guessing you cannot drive it then as it will get errors due to the GPF removal?

Do you have any vids of the system, would be keen to hear what it’s like as it’s something I am thinking about on my GPF car

Drives completely as normal but the engine light stays on, I do have a video but not posting it on here as I dont really care for this forum but I can assure you the 5 cylinder magic 100% comes back minus the crackles
