Hi all,
Anyone know where i can get a reasonable insurance quote with Endorsement/Claims on a RS3 8P, gone on Compare the Market & best was £750
My existing insurance company E sure wanted £600 on top of the £442 i paid for my Scirocco TSI and stipulated i must fit a Tracker. I am 52 ***

Thanks

Mate I'm 53 with a clean licence and most of my quotes on the SQ5 were well over a grand.
Last few years LV were cheapest for me but this year ageas were cheaper at £750, I went with Aviva for £70 more so my son could save over £250 on his....kids lol

Pay about the same for our TT, 8P RS3, and SQ5 combined, Ju, all SAGA; one advantage of getting old I guess - can't think of any more... :friends:

Car insurance is a joke, I tried saga......forget it lol.....was nearly double.
I live on the edge of a postcode area, 100 yards up the road it drops 20-30%

That's CRAZY! :sadlike:

It is a disgrace seen as since lockdown in March their claims level/payout have dropped markedly.
Looks like if i want the car badly enough thats the minimum i am going to get stiffed........

I have noticed lately car insurance prices are really high and the comparison sites are rubbish.

Insurance broker always manages to get the best prices for me ! Google a few and give them a try. Have always beaten the comparison sites for me and I also have a clean license.

Hi.
Please feel free to give us a try for insurance if you wish.
Regards,
Dan.

Hi Dan,
Thanks but when i have tried you before you have not been that competitive.

i found when i needed to insure my 8l, Esure came in the best with all mods declared at 330 fully comp. 13 years ncb and 43 yrs old, thats pretty much it. Flux wouldn't even cover my postcode so i guess its not all about being a specialist broker.
i will be looking at cover for a RS3 shortly so will post back any good providers.
