So my old motor had been sat for few weeks without being started. Went to start it and it was dead. Jumped it and started straight away, ticked over fine. Went to start it following day and struggled to start but turned over and ran. 3rd day won't start and even after charging fully it just just groans a little then nothing at all no cranking no nothing. The battery code states March 2017.

Any advice please people???

Sounds like the battery has given up the ghost. Starter motors requires a huge amount of current from the battery to start. A complete drain and regular over discharge cycles can damage a battery no matter of the age.

If you’ve got a volt meter, put it across the terminals to see what voltage it’s supplying. Anything under 12.4v is a sign it’s gone.

Yeah I'm planning on doing that, I've ruled out the starter as its turning, so I'll test the alternator when I get it jumped again. Thankyou for confirming my thought, it's always good to have 2nd opinion.
