Hi guys, proud new A5 owner here.
Picked up this beaut at the beginning of the week. Far more fun than the A6 Avant it replaced

Here's my A5 Sportback S-Line, 2020MY., finished in Glacier White metallic. I've had the car since August, yet to be washed, but some images out in the 'wild' today

Thank you! Lovely and smooth, came from a 2018MY A5 Sportback, this one is just as fab!
 
Here’s my new S5.... picked it up last week.. or sitting idle for a month ... this was a dealer picture , haven’t yet got my own picture. That mid range torque is immense ! It’s ibis white .. lots of options..

Really like those alloys are they 20s? Is this the new diesel?

Me too, the S5 alloys are great. I love the way Audi are recycling... The B9 S5 alloys are now standard on the B9.5 S-Line!

Yep, it’s the new Diesel S5. The wheels look great, are 20”, running 265/30 ... I was worried about harsh ride but the adaptive suspension really helps ... potholes and kerosene will, I’m sure, take their toll at some point !

Extremely tempted to get a set to replace the "old" stock S5 alloys.

I was considering upgrading my standard alloys. I saw some genuine 20 inch RS5 Alloys come up for sale the other day mint condition but without tyres. I then checked the price of tyres and found they were over £100 a corner more expensive than 19” tyres which surprised me, don’t think I can justify the outlay until my current tyres are a little more worn.

Don’t know which ones would go best, think the gloss black ones would work well with Daytona.

Here's one last one of mine, this one from the front. I hated the new revised design when it was unveiled at Frankfurt 2019. Loved my 2018 B9 A5 Sportback - but this B9.5 has certainly grown on me, and with circa £5k of optional extras in 2018 for circa £1k price increase in 2020, that's a bargain!

Quick question

How's the rear headroom space like at the back because from that picture it feels as though the tall people would suffer getting into the back of that car but then again appearances can be deceiving as I used to think the same about the A4 until I sat in it myself and saw the space at the back.

Its fine, honestly is. The car is deceptive. It sits lower than the A4 and more than the S5 but is based on the A4. The sloping back gives the impression of a low headroom but its not. The car just sits lower and seats are angled in a way you have clear headroom

Oh I see. I thought as much as I currently have a VW Golf mk7 and that headroom at the back is massive even when you look at it from outside.
 
Hi All, here’s my new 2019 A5 Sportback 40 TDI which I picked up a few weeks ago. Really nice spec with full leather, tech pack, virtual cockpit, pan roof. Couple of small mods planned but mainly looking forward to driving it once lockdown ends!

Hi heres mine

but i feel for some odd reason my car for a slne sits high it really makes the sporty look go in certain angle looks ok in others it sits too high

you will see in the side pic some guys here have posted thier sline and they look lower

Not sure yours is high, think it's purely the lighting and it being a black car the arch gap appears to be bigger but it isn't from what I can see.

Just collected this launch edition S5 after seeing it advertised last week with 26 miles on the clock - had most options ticked so could not resist !
