Jassy's Blue Audi TTS Adventure

I have been searching for a gloss black fuel flap but all that are for sale are in the USA most are carbon as well of which l want to avoid as gloss black and carbon dont match in my opinion...the satin blue interior trim is just there to lighten up the interior up not a fan of the standard slate grey trim the 2021 TTS is very restricted on interior leather and exterior paint colour combos....gone is the option of black leather with red stitching...even if it where available you cant have it with Turbo blue....rock grey l am very happy with not as light as Lunar silver leather but not as dark as black.....to be honest once sat in the car l dont notice the blue trim.....lol

Have you got some photos of the black fuel flap...???
I just bought a silver one and had it painted . Along with the centre console top trim . Car in the garage so not great photos .also treated myself to alcantara wheel and gear shift set

Took the car out for my first proper drive yesterday, weather was perfect. Such a great car to drive, and I just love how it looks as well.

How do you find the 2.0 engine? I've been toying chopping my TTRS for one but then I put the roof down and remember how good it sounds even if the dynamics are compromised. Fancy the GTS4.0 but it's a bit much

Is it the greatest sounding engine in the world, no. But with the sports exhaust I think it sounds really well. For me its about the whole package, how the car drives and feels is more important to me, and at the end of the day even with a 2.0 engine it’s still a Porsche.

I wouldn’t buy a standard one, the T it comes with a lot of driving focused options which really make it just fun to drive. I honestly get out of it every time with a smile on my face, added to the fact I think it’s one of the bes looking cars on the road.

Wits wrang wae it Taffy....
You need to update your garage info. :worked till 5am:
On another note.... Managed to get the missus to get rid of the Q3.... She,s put a factory build on a Ford Puma ST Line X. She,s going in for early retirement this October so she,s given herself a 'wee' treat:wink: We have been with a VAG car of one type of another since 2002 so time for a change I think. Will be keeping the Cupra for a while tho:icon thumright:

understand exactly what your saying as I’ve been there myself. No regrets swapping the TTRS for the S5 - you should give one a try:smug:

Sounds to me something was missed in the PDI. either needs activated or registered etc
Unless it’s like my old a6 which needed my own SIM card as the earlier audi connect systems/MMI didn’t have the built in sim. I just used a pre paid sim off Amazon/eBay. Found a £20 SIM card lasted about 6 months.

That is what I did with my Q5, purchased a prepaid card, that then went with the car. Audi connect all worked fine then

Me too - TT uses an older version of the mmi that has the sim slot above the cd player in glove compartment. That said connect functionality on the Tt is pretty limited compared to some newer models, for example you can’t see if the windows, doors and sunroof are open / closed, remotely open and lock the car and see where it’s parked.

That’s a pity, after the wait and delays.

Would have thought they moved on to the units with internal sim like the 8v fl

Boxster is really nice but as I've said before not for me... it being in the same category as the TT went and looked at the new Golf R this afternoon looks great in white with the panoramic roof,19s,full leather interior electric seats but no performance pack nor the akrapovic....it was a fiver off £40k better looking than the 8y S3 that's for sure
