Is Adaptive chassis Control (DCC) worth it on an RS3?

I'm trying to decide if its worth specifying DCC on a RS3. What are your thoughts/experience in an RS3?

I had and 2018 RS5 which had DRC but based on this experience I would not bother again! - settings were Comfort/Auto/Dynamic. Dynamic was so firm it was unusable and I couldn't really detect a difference between Comfort and Auto.
It is slightly different to an RS3 technically though, as its called;
"RS Sport suspension plus with Dynamic Ride Control (DRC)" - Enhanced suspension set-up which consists of a special shock absorber system that counteracts pitch and body roll movement without using any electronic devices. With DRC, diagonally opposed gas-filled shock absorbers on the car are linked together. There is a choice of three settings; Comfort, Dynamic or Auto.

Whereas on the RS3 press release it states;
The standard RS sports suspension features newly developed shock absorbers and a valve system both specific to the RS 3. The valves ensure that the shock absorbers exhibit a particularly sensitive response as part of the rebound and compression characteristics. This allows the suspension to respond to the respective driving situation even faster and more effectively. The RS sport suspension plus with adaptive damper control is available as an option. It continuously and individually adjusts each shock absorber to the road conditions, the driving situation, and the mode selected in Audi drive select. The three characteristic curves comfortable, balanced, and sporty provide a clearly perceptible spread of the shock absorber characteristics.

Looks like we aren’t getting it unless you want to pay £5500/£5000 for a Dynamic pack anyways.
Easy decision - who really need Ceramic brakes - not me

I’d decided Adaptive Dampers would be first thing I chose on option list, but as discussed all tied up with ceramic brakes which is just mad to have to add a £5,500 or £5,000 option.

To answer your question above, I don’t have any direct experience of Adaptive dampers or Mag Ride but all the reviews I’ve ever read say go for Adaptive dampers on RS3. I’m sure there will be better people to say if that is true after they’re own ownership experience though

pretty sure the Ed1 (and vorsprung) have adaptive dampers sans dynamic pack, but it could be PR mindgames:
Ed1 (and vorsprung) calls it adaptive dampers with drive select
Dynamic pack calls it adaptive dampers with Audi drive select

it has all the kit you could want and should retain the best value.

but nuts head says get the carbon edition as those carbon bits look cool as %%%> lol and add on dynamic pack

I had mag ride on my RS3 then standard suspension on my RS4. I did not miss it.

Yeah, that the way I’m leaning but just need to know what’s included! Really needs to have sports exhaust, but its not clear yet!
Seems every other RS Vorsprung does at least have sports exhaust.
I can’t quite fathom what is included on Carbon & Vorsprung that makes it £500 cheaper than standard - unless it is the sport exhaust - that would make sense! Sort of.
