Strange cleaning (BWA) injector failure

Hi guys,

If somebody familiar with the situation would be good to advise something im a bit in trouble...... So the engine is a 2.0 tfsi BWA, 235k km (stage 1 remap). First walnut blasting to clean the valves, AND! my mechaninc also cleaned my injectors.
looks everyting fine, pulls better a bit, sounds better after the cleaning. but after 1-2 weeks i felt few jerking (1-2) on higher gears, while flooring and /slowly/ it getin even worse. now after 1.5 months its almost crap itself and jerking/stuttering constantly while trying to give some boost (when hot especially). unable to give proper wot....because of the misfire and stuttering.
my mecha checked it and there are misfires in the 2-3-4 cyls, said that it should be the injectors (will be swap next week).....BUT HOW T F???!! i got flasin mil today finally (during the stutterin) with p0304 cyl4. There wasnt any problem with the injectors before the cleaning, zero miss firing..... is that possible to sh*t theirself because of cleaning? it sounds impossible to me, but...that just me. 235k km without any misfire....and after the cleaning the injectors sh*ttheirself out almost immediately.....unreal. Im suspicious.

235,000km on original injectors? I would say they were probably ****** before cleaning. That's good mileage for injectors so I wouldn't be too unhappy about replacing them.

sure, but theyre properly cleaned (new filters, seals etc) and everything, no misfires before....soooo they should be fine. but we made a mistake during the blast/clean...forgot to check the coils and plugs, as i remember there wasnt enough time to check everything, just wanted to finish it at once in the afternoon (togetherwith the freewheel - balance shaft delete)...and tadammmm :
1 coil rusted as hell....the plugs were crappy too (60k km in them with stage1), but the main cause was the coil. now it pulls fine finally
