Mine went from 3283 to 3620 when it was last in the garage in December. It went from the 2 screen display to the 3 screen display and I’ve also gained the “ hey Audi” ability to control the heating etc. It also loads a lot faster now. I didn’t get wireless CarPlay though.

Can the update not be done manually by yourself in the car or does it have to be at a dealer?
MMI software has to be done by the dealer, I think the only thing that updates over the air relates to the sat nav.

They mentioned as there is an hardware issue for SOS module and they first need to replace it. They have ordered the module and most probably Monday they will replace it first and then update the software version.
I will keep you updated.

They replaced the SOS module and problem has gone.
But they could not update the version since on Audi system, when they enter my VIN , the planned 3660 update does not show up.
It looks like it it targeted for some specific VINs.
I do not have any SOS problems any more. This is the good part.

I am not sure but what I know is it is not 5F one. A specific module just for SOS one.
I was at the service today, they said they will do it but it might take up to a day and a half and rescheduled for next week because of the weekend now, also they said i will loose wireless apple car play! Did that happen with you? And they also said it is not version 3660...they will only fix the sos error.. it is kind of ridiculous to be honest we want to add and unlock features yet we are loosing more.. i can't even get rid of the nag screen (privacy settings pop up at start up) yet they say I'll loose one of the very few available features that is wireless apple car play...
Same happened here.
Wireless CarPlay was not working when I took the car. I just reopened via OBDEleven and it works as expected now.
That is great that you could reopen with obdeleven..
I recently got obdeleven but couldn't do anything i used 2 APPs and spent 20 credits but both didn't work, i think it is because SFD? But i was not prompted about SFD? I did the 2 factor authentication and all but i don't have PRO yet, do you know?

Yes as soon as it has failed they go back into my credit.
