Smashing the window is absolutely crazy, especially with all the deterrents obviously on show. The sentences these cretins get are a joke- that is why they have no concerns about doing whatever it takes to get your car. They truly will stop at nothing.

The Golf R owner was actually visiting someone on the road where the attempted car jacking happened, so she isn't from that area I believe. Not sure she will be back any time soon... Stay vigilant everyone.

Res delete is the best 'pound for pound' mod you can do on an S3. Mine is a FL 66 plate and it sounds superb. Exhaust warranty no doubt voided, but not exactly a part that often goes wrong so happy to take the risk.

About to have my 2 year inspection service on my FL S3 - been quoted £110 for inspection service or £230 if it needs oil change. That’s with family discount. Good deal? Surely the inspection service is more than just a tick box exercise?
