Hi there. Nope.. not solved yet.. what I'm sure about is there must be something wrong with the head unit itself. Should check if there is something inside (circuit) that is directly responsible for the phone channel output. Would need not a brand specific person .. but who is up to date...

Hi everyone! Having an issue .. i have a 2din concert 2 hifi and i have a matching original audi bluetooth modul. It connects great but when picking up the phone, i can barely hear the other party ... even if volume is on the maximum. Also tried adjusting it through VCDS ... no success. I...

Yepp. Tried everything. Volume on the mfsw and head unit. Vcds set +6db and meanwhile i managed to increase the vol.level on my phone to 100% as well .. nothing changed :S I'm thinking about the cables as the women's voice in the handsfree system is also low ... but the hifi itself sounds good...

Thank you so much for your reply nluk100! Connecting to car (bluetooth) and the volume is way too low! I turn on the max volume on my head unit in the car during call and even this way it is too low. Also trying to adjust the phone (s7 edge) "output" level during call ... but it won't go above...
