Yep very quick job. They did a nice video showing the bump stop put back in, with the Technition explaining how it allows too much movement if it isn’t in correctly which causes the creak.

To bring it back to Pics. Here’s a photo post wash, clay bar, SONAX Xtreme Protect & Shine Hybrid NPT and SONAX Brilliant Shine Detailer. Proving that it is pretty impossible to make a white car ‘pop’!

Funny thing was it started as a knocking noise and then developed into a creak which disappears when the road is wet (lubrication?). But when dry, has gotten loud enough to be heard over the radio! Fingers crossed it’ll be a 5 minute job as I imagine they’ll have seen a few like it. I’ll report...

This is the current situation. Slightly different on each side I think due to the camber on the drive, which stacks up with the difference in wheel arch to wheel gap distance on each side. Am I right in thinking the yellow element should be fully ‘home’ in the upper bracket and not able to...

Sad I know but couldn’t resist a picture from the balcony at work! A month and 1200 miles in and still loving it... Well except the annoying creak from the rear suspension that gets louder by the day! It’s in Warrington Audi on Thursday, wish me luck!

Great back catalogue of cars there mate! I was torn between the S3 and A4 BE avant, but the need to lump a load of gear round for work swung it for me in the end. If an empty boot was an option, I would have the S3 all day!
