    Will definitely have the heater matrix looked at, from feeling around on top of the carpets they seem fine, however I know that they are quite thick and checking underneath would be better

    Update, having looked under the bonnet, the pollen filter was soaking wet and the tray was filled with water, having drained it and removed the pollen filter, the windows clear up much better now. cheers for the help
