Hi there I had the electrical system fault, called Audi Assist within 5 mins of arriving said it needed to be towed to my local Audi centre for the alternator to be replaced. They also did 3 software updates whilst it was as well as replacing the alternator

I will speak to ALD in the first instance then. The Audi centre had a backlog since taking bookings again and couldn’t get the car in until the end of July. Therefore as it was showing an electrical fault I rang Audi Assist who were able to run a series of tests and diagnose it was the alternator.
