My friend, I explained to you in the DM's. I done my research before buying. correct part no's and everything. I had it fitted by a specialist retrofitter, during the holiday period (hence the long wait). Seller sold using a misleading description, he even confirmed the part no's via Messages...

Unfortunately, I don't think I have any grounds, as I had waited a while for it to get fitted (holiday period), which was beyond the 30 day limit. eBay sided with the seller, despite being missold, and off by a few days.

The modules aren't the issue as they're P. It's just the mirrors are manual fold, not power fold, which the seller lied about. It was missing the pink wire also, that NHN mentioned.

Looks like I've been had, as I'm not seeing an option in VCDS regarding folding mirrors. So many scummy sellers on eBay nowadays.

Sorry for hijacking the thread. But, I'm looking ones that fit a S-Line non-facelift bumper. It's a pain in the butt sourcing non-fl parts. ;(

Bought some pair of electric power folding mirrors, but I can't seem to find an option to get them folding via driver door switch. Just wondering if someone can confirm is these mirrors are folding, or has the seller told a porky? I'm not seeing anything relating to fold in VCDS, but I have the...

Thanks mate, it’s showing now using the stalk on the cluster as you’d mentioned. Usually it shows up on It’s own, strange.

I've got a bulb warning light shown on the dashboard, but I don't see any bulbs that have gone out. The cluster doesn't show any specific light that had gone out, just a fixed bulb out sign. VCDS/OBD doesn't show anything either in the logs. Any ideas how I can get this removed? Thanks

Thanks for the thread. It seems the ‘8J2 941 531 B’ is pretty rare, and when you eventually find one the price is inflated. I was wondering if the Coming Home button is really necessary, could I not just enable it via VCDS and be done with it, or is the module still required? Thanks
