That is likely the rain water drain. Tank vent is likely to be part of the filler neck most likely but I'm unsure where.

The big tread blocks on winters always make the car feel more wobbly. Here is a good comparator for speedo accuracy if you put in your two tire sizes. Put your stock tire size in field 1, winter tires in field 2 and it will show the difference in speed when running the winters...

Should be fine if the wheels are the correct fit. Tire sizes should be available to make the diameter similar so your speedo shouldn't be out, however you should probably check and compare the sizes of the 19 and 21 inch rims. I've never had it on the A7 but have seen it on other makes where the tank breather was blocked and it slowed down filling by it gurgling back up the filler neck and tripping the pump out thinking the tank is full. I'm not sure where the breather is on the A6/A7.

Fuel pump could be failing and not delivering enough pressure, or there may be a pressure sensor which is failing and giving a bad signal. Alternatively it could be blocked/failing injectors which can't deliver enough fuel. None of these are a 30 second check and may take a bit of effort to...

I guess it depends on the company you use. I think there's a point where too cheap will mean a less than perfect job.

I'm hoping the wrap will fix it as the alignment of the pipes and the rear splitter is spot on so i don't want to mess with the brackets. You will have to let us know how well the stage 3 upgrades go though!
