northpole Thanks so much, just the kind of advice I was looking for. Gearbox is coming up for a service soon so will do that ASAP. Car has previously been on the 2 year service schedule, but is it best practice to do it yearly regardless?

Hi Mossy1961 Did you resolve this? Sorry for being dense but I didnt understand Darren's answer. My 2018 A4 which is a B9 also states B8 on the v5. Why? Surely it should say B9? Thx
