    Thanks, sounds like i might need a bit of luck. The noise happens even without the aircon on....As soon as you start to turn the wheel it sounds like the belts are slipping and the tensioners loose is maybe a better way to describe the noise....Looks like a trip to the garge to source the...

    As above, i have a 1.9tdi Quattro Sport and when turning the wheel it makes like a sreeching/judder/belt slipping kind of sound...lol, It's the best way i can describe it. I've changed the belts so i know it's not them. I was thinking Tensioner or even worse power steering pump? Any help...

    AA screw up, towed my quattro on a spec frame.

    Sound like your gonna get some nice new parts fitted soon....What a kn*b though the AA guy :noway:
