If you have your receipt for the Revo remap, take it to any Revo dealer and they will do it FOC. Probably best to go to the dealer that installed it.

Is the wiring for the mic present in all cars or do I need to run a pair of wires to the back of the RNS-E?

Do you know if the Mic is a round unit or rectangle, as the one in car is round and clips in half way down interior light unit, the one i bought is rectangle!!

I think the version of my RNS-E has the hack already as it has no version number at the end of the code on vag com.My RNS-e is a 2009 model if that...
Hope someone else has had this issue.
I have recently installed an RNS-E into my S3 2007 which had a Concert double din unit in. Install has gone well and all works well. I have recoded the Instruments so i get directions in DIS and recoded the Radio/Navigation unit.
All the MFSW functions...

Sorry i am to far away to help but they are right you really need to do some data logging on Vag-Com to make sure you have the best settings.
The few S3's and Edition 30's i have done i have been finding the timing settings to be quite low this could be due to the poor fuel...
