problem sorted i took it back to awesome gti where they found the ecu had lost all my remap settings and gone into limp mode,so all my settings were put back in again now its like poo of a shovel again ,

oh rite no worries,no not had it scanned as it only happend last night after i connected the battery back up,there is no engine warning lights on to tell me there is a fault though
