He sells all manner of bulbs over on Civinfo... If you register then look at the civinfo-traders forum you'll see his thread about 6500k bulbs in different H sizes... Apologies if this is not allowed! As I said, I found his thread by searching google, registered, ordered Sunday and received today.

The packaging was plain white and only had 12v 55w H7 on... The bulbs have 12v 55w E13 and a Chinese company name. Neither had a CE mark like... I've threw the packaging mind mate so can't take pics but i'm certain with the info i've given.

Sorry... I bought some H7 bulbs from a user called MRJP over on CIVINFO... Found the thread with a google search, read through and then signed up to buy a pair for £16.50 delivered! Here's the before and after on a Civic... We're looking at the dipped beam lights here mind.
