Interested to read this - I booked my repair with Autoglass today. I told them I had Sun strip, auto wipers and auto lights. They did say that the replacement wouldn’t have Audi rings (I’m not bothered) BUT I didn’t mention I had Matrix lights - is the matrix system linked to the windscreen...

I wish I’d been even more extreme than I normally am. Some charmer has left a nice crease and scuff in the back bumper of my not yet 3 months old S3. Gutted.....

Did the original poster resolve this? I have the same problem. When I start up my radio shows FM/DAB, I then have to select menu, and select favourites. I want to start the car and radio favourites are displayed without having to make selections - should I be able to do this / do you think...

Took delivery end of Nov. I’ve not cleaned it yet - I’ll let you know if it ever warms up

Slight thread creep - sorry. I have wireless pad in mine but currently have an iPhone 6, so just plug it in and use the Car Play. If I go iPhone 8 for the wireless charging can you still use Car Play over Bluetooth or do you still need to plug it in? If so I’ll just get a 7 and keep plugging it in.

Drive select does have Auto setting, but not really used it, so not sure how well it works. I’ve set my steering wheel function button to change drive select - quick and easy to change when you want.

I certainly did buy the S3 with fuel economy in mind. For many, and me included, their car has a more mundane job to do a lot of the time. A seperate “playtime” car would be great but 2 cars is not practical for me. The S3 ticks both boxes - for everyday use and the commute to work, it goes in...

Can one of you smart guys help please. I’ve had my new S3 for a month now - and it’s lovely. I’d like to set up radio to display Favourites when I first select radio, rather than having to make a menu selection in order to display them. Is this possible? I can’t seem to do it. Thanks

Where’s this in the MMI? All I can find is the “early” on the auto lights, which I think just turns the headlights on when it’s lighter (not so dark)......you know what I mean, but can’t see any settings for Matrix
