Have these wheel protector trim dressing wheel cleaner and acid neutralising shampoo. Might help some one starting out. Trying to use the right products but on a budget myself. But like I said for someone starting out it may help

Did you disconnect the battery when you fitted your valve. If you did you just need to drive it a little way and it should reset the them. My Octavia does the same thing when the battery has been disconnected.

My personal opinion after my tfsi engine broke by genuine or buy twice as the quality will be there as your running a unnecessary risk in my opinion for Chinese copies that my or may not hold up. If it goes wrong you can pop to TPS with your receipt and get a new one or they can cover some of...

Have you tried a little lube and clay. Wouldn't use white spirit on new paint may cause a reaction. then you might need a full bumper respray. Start the least aggressive removal method and work up. Chemicals are usually quite harsh straight out the bottle

Have you checked the boost sensor in the charge pipe as you say the vcds is reading 15 psi then it will miss the boost curve in the ECU so "over boost". Would look at that log point to see what it is reading. Just a thought may not be correct.
