Wow, I didn’t realise you’ve moved your TTS on, jassyo06! I know you never seemed to gel with it like you did with your S3, so what are you replacing it with?
My previous Q5 2.0 TFSI averaged 33 mpg over the 18500 miles I had it from new, which is certainly better than the 26.8 mpg I’m averaging in my Macan S V6 3.0 litre petrol!

My previous 2018 model Q5 had exactly the same problem, however, the mist was only on the passenger side, but I’m afraid I never found a solution to prevent this happening before I sold the car last year. I must admit, I did find the problem most annoying!
I’d be taking that back to your dealer and asking them to replace the screen under warranty, as those scratches are totally unacceptable in a brand new car!
