I've put a set of these MICHELIN Pilot Alpin PA3 | Tyres | MICHELIN on the S4. One of the few winter tyres I could find in 19". Not cheap at £299 each from Kwik Fit, but they do seem to do the job on the few bits of frozen road I've had the chance to play on!

Yes, Audi use the Westfalia towbar in the factory.

You won't be able to see any of it, or even tell that there is a towbar fitted. The neck mounts up behind the bumper, and the electric socket folds up out of sight. Not piccys, but link to towbar fitting instruction here...

S4 roads....

Hi, Yes, it's from Teesside Audi. I got my S3 from them as well, and it was always serviced there. I can't fault them tbh.... (Apart from ordering the wrong seats in the S4, but I'm not mentioning that anymore!!)

I'm only guessing. I retrofitted the puddle light and active reflector to mine, but I didn't do the handle lights. I'd think if you are swapping the interior, the door handles will be the least of your worries!

Surely you could just keep the handle inserts and fit them to the new doors cards?

No, the bottom has a recess where the light would go, but it's easy to cut out. The one on the edge is there, but just has a reflector in it. There are no preparations in the door handles as far as I noticed.

I had a good run out on Sunday; Stokesley-Helmsley-Malton-Pickering etc...Suffice to say it's been 'carefully' run in.:icon_thumright: S-Tronic is taking a bit of getting used to, not missing my clutch pedal at all though. And I've had some counselling to deal with the seats!

Mine were in the glove box when I picked the car up. Didn't have to ask.

I won't name names, but if his initials are AMc then apparently not! I did mention that I was aware they'd done the same stupid thing before.

It was a very tough call to make. Their offer of the A5 until a new car was ordered was very fair, but I simply didn't want to wait. I'd taken my dad down with me for a second opinion, and he couldn't believe I was even considering rejecting it. Neither can anyone else who's seen it today...

You know what I mean dammit!:sm4: The A5 was a fair offer by them, I could have had fun trying to kill that for a few months! But I just couldn't be doing with another wait for the right car. The standard seats are not exactly crap, and they do still have all the electric/memory adjustment etc.
