Euhm, the caliper carriers determine how large of a disk can be fitted(as the caliper fits OVER the disc...).. That is how much the caliper protrudes from the center of the hub... So you're saying you needed to fit 365mm discs because the 380s didn't fit with the wheels... Doesn't make sense, so...

Not sure which intercooler it is(maybe you can post a picture) but anything will fit, with enough effort and fabrication.. but you will need to make your own piping

Welcome. But you need to be more specific in what you exactly would like to know? As I'm reading this, I think you want to know if a 3.0TDI FMIC would fit an A3? Or are you thinking of swapping engines(a 3.0 v6TDI in the A3)? If this last question is the case, then NO, will not fit without...

Single pin is usually oil pressure sensor, or reverse light(when on gearbox in older models) or starter motor!

Which engine code do you have? 5-speed manual gearbox I suspect? Common upgrade for the 1.9 TDI PD version is the BV43 turbo of the 170hp 2.0TDI out of the A4 B7, together with a set of ARL/ASZ 150hp injectors. With a proper downpipe will go to roughly 200hp... but be aware the OEM clutch will...

Test-fitted them yesterday.. No luck, these calipers have a different offset then the Brembo Z18's unfortunately. So with the 'standard' Z18 bracket adapters, these will not fit(the calipers sits WAY further towards the disc then the Z18 caliper does, by at least 5mm) so I would either need to...
