You don’t need to spend £1400 on an IE intake for 500hp. I’ve been tempted too, mainly for the carbon look but didn’t need it. A Forge turbo inlet pipe, larger back pipe & a K&N filter is all that I’ve had fitted on the inlet side. The first two only added 25hp with no peak torque improvement...

You will probably need to factor in a set of upgraded, secondary injectors as this seems to be fairly standard on a TTE700 build.

I like the APR Carbon cross pipe but, apparently, like the APR Turbo Inlet, it won’t fit RHD cars. I am also reluctant to pay £1400 to £1800 for a full carbon system that appears to provide very little gain.

Another very happy BCS customer here. Excellent quality and a very nice sound in dynamic with an MRC Stage 2 map. I could easily live without the pops & bangs but didn’t have the option.

I agree with you. You can always add intake & exhaust parts easily. The intercooler is a more time consuming / specialist job. There will be lots on here who have done it already.
