    Found this on Amazon, 12v & has both outlets plus a switch. I had to trim round the edge a bit to get it to fit in.

    I did this, not USB c butI’m sure you can get them in the same size. The switch is there as the cig lighter has a permanent live.

    I believe you will need the navigation cd for that unit, its an Audi Navigation BNS 5.0 There are some threads about on here from long ago.

    It’s the standard cigarette lighter port with the lighter removed. It looks a little different as it has the sport suspension button.

    Have you opened the bonnet to see if you can pinpoint the noise? Take it back, let them deal with it..
