    B8.5 O/S mirror indicator

    Thats the right one as pictured above. You need to remove the mirror glass, plastic housing, the motor adjuster and then you can get the indicator out. Little fiddly, but pretty good for the DIY'r....just look up where the plastic clips are you need to push back to release the plastic housing

    EGR unplugged and see where it gets me. Fairly sure its the EGR valve as the engine dropped into limp mode when i plugged it back in once or twice.

    Thing is though....could it not be a false positive because the crank sensor in on the same part of the loom im having issues with (voltage B) if the crank sensor isnt getting enough voltage, it might not send the signals back to the ECU so puts the DTC up.
