Looking for a change. I was after an A7 but out of my budget.

We got a Q5. The prospective A8 is my daily driver.

I like the A8. It is not as low and uncomfortable to get in/out. I like the A8 but my issue justifying switching from an A5 coupe to an A8 if I am driving mostly on my own. Tech available on the A8 is way better than the A5.

Very good drive and luxury interior, still unsure about the dimensions as it is a massive car,

Travelling solo most of the time but struggle during holidays picking up relatives or just going away with with wife on the coupe as it is pretty low. Definitely bigger than what I drive right now but will check dimensions tomorrow and see if I can go through width restrictions without any issues

Somehow an approved used A8 is more affordable than an approved used A7. Looking for a change from the A5 coupe. There is a £5k contribution on the A8 right now and found one for £43k that had an original value of £70k

Going for a test drive for an A8. If the test drive goes well I would be swapping an A5 TDI 190 for an A8 TDI 50 2018. Appreciate any advice on whether is a good upgrade and what to look for. Thanks
