I though I was bad redlining in on a cold engine.... You must have been in a rush?

When I had mine I would go all the way to the redline, think I hit the limiter once and the power cut so changed into third and continued like normal. The power died of about 5600 so I only redlined for the noise..... Audi A3 Intake - YouTube

Got it sorted now, it was the pick up on the bearing part, abit had broken off which had caused the 'excess air gap' fault

Yeah I'd say so to, to be honest I wasn't to keen on the new shape when it first came out but it has grown on me, especially the M Sport trim. I'd say the xenon set the front end off pretty well

Fixed it Had to invert the screen to portrait!! Never again will I fiddle with things.
