I replaced my passenger side one a couple of months ago. New trim, foam underlay and rivets cost about €30 from my local Audi. Very simple job to change. Be careful with the drill, use a sharp drill bit. Prise off the old trim from the rear window edge. Keep in mind I’m in Ireland so prices...
