Try this, with ignition off, depress the accelerator fully, then switch the ignition on but don't start the car. Keep the accelerator depressed for at least 30 seconds, then release, start the car normally and go for a short drive. This should reset the clutches.

Use a 5w 40 oil

If you look to the right of the headlight in the picture, the projector surround is black, this means it's not adaptive. Adaptive lights have a silver surround.

Depends on how soon you want the noise gone?

On your mileage I would suggest changing to 5w40 which will quieten it down. Interesting as you don't remember it happening before last oil change.
