Hi Neil, the battery voltage might be a red herring. I’ve found my battery voltage seems low whenever I read it with a multimeter but it seems like the power management system and the advanced alternator don’t act like an old fashioned system. Not sure what the parameters are for when the...
The A5/s5 wheels work well and look great on an a4/s4. I have s5 wheels on my s4 and the lower offset (8mm) pushes the wheels out really nicely into the arches. My thread on a similar journey is here with pics:

Trying to fix the same myself. Apparently the Revo stage 1 doesn’t need one.
I think I’m going to go down this route anyway as I like the ability to do map switching without plugging a laptop in and the price isn’t bad
Let us know how you get on. I’m currently debating APR vs EPL vs 034 vs Revo
I spoke to EPL but my TCU software is not up to date enough to flash (I asked Audi to update it at my last service and they said it was up to date… [I know for a fact it isnt]).
Trying to solve the same issue you have...
You can program the same behaviour as your S3 with something like carista or OBDEleven. I have mine so if I stop in drive and turn off the engine the transmission shifts to park and the handbrake is applied without touching a thing.
It's the rim protection. Unless you can see the cords it won't fail, may get an advisory. Per the rules:
any ply or cord that can be seen without touching the tyre - fail
if by folding back rubber or opening a cut with a blunt instrument, so as not to cause further damage, exposed ply or cord...
Would love to hear how you do with this. I considered the kufatec kit but that was closer to a grand, ended up getting a car with it spec'ed but not having to wait for it to come up on the used market would have been handy!
That's just the standard "check engine" light, could be anything. Car you get hold of a code reader? Failing that any local garage will be able to pull the codes for you for a few quid, only takes 5 mins
To finish off the thread here are the S5 alloys on the car... The fitment is perfect for me, about 8mm less offset fills the arches nicely with the 255 tyres. Maybe it's a placebo effect but the car feels like it rides better too!
