i think wheb he pushed in the vinyl dechrome he may have pushed the rubber seal off maybe hes not exp my fault... he said the new car dnt have mych space so hard to do a cleaner job either way im going back him n will tell him im not happy n want this fuxed by audi n he will need to reimburse...

hello job is decent they said they got exp shkgroup hes been helpful said the window guy is coming in office in two days hell b able to maybe fix they said they will fix either way but im annoyed as its a brand new car

he went he did not take the trims off but the rubber seal has gone inwards i can pull this area out please see pics i tried sticking in but it doesnt go in its just a certain part over this door rest of it seems to be fitted in this is like the water seal rubber between door and car very thin...

I am not sure when it happened I had a car wash maybe two or three times (hand car wash where they use a sponge and a kerchher etc) I have only applied the autoglym super resin polish once (sponge in circular motions then buff using micro fibre to make it shine) now all over the car I car...
